Turn text boxes into fully functional Spin Buttons (Spin boxes).
An up/down button image is added to the html <input> elements using only css and javascript (jquery) to provide the effect. No extra html elements are added so the textboxes continue to respond and submit etc as normal, just with the added functionality of the spin buttons.
